Storage Instructions
Must be refrigerated at all times. Our Kimchi has no preservatives in it and is made fresh every week. When you buy it, you can eat it directly. If you keep it in the refrigerator, it will continue to ferment slowly. The fermented Kimchi can also continue to eat, but the taste will be softer and the taste will be more sour (natural fermentation).
